Almaty. Area of the central stadium.

2012-12-16| Vassiliy Fedorenko

Couple days ago near the my home I saw pack of Red-fronted Serin (maybe it was a piggy). I decided today to look for the birch in the main stadium, where is the third year in the winter flock Red-fronted Serin and Eurasian Siskin. Indeed, the finches already there. On the fertile birch hung about 10 Red-fronted Serin. Only one was adult. Birds allowed to go straight under the tree, and then went down to do the lower branches.

And in the late afternoon, when the snow began to fall, the first time I saw under my window Tree Sparrows, which together with House Sparrows ate the bread.
